Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy explains how ProqureAI Inc. d.b.a. Tau9 Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information on our marketing website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of customers in their own applications.
Information you give us
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and message. When you request an executive briefing, we collect your name, work email, and the article you requested. We use this information to respond, discuss your needs, and manage access to requested content.
Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents in these forms.
Website activity and diagnostics
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We also use analytics and diagnostics providers for usage analytics, performance monitoring, error logs, and session replay. This can include pages visited, interactions, browser and device details, identifiers, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
We use session replay to understand how visitors interact with the website and identify usability problems. Text and form inputs are masked in session recordings.
Cookies and your choices
We store your theme preference in your browser. If you unlock an executive briefing, an access cookie containing your encoded email address and an access token remembers your access for up to one year. CookieYes stores cookie preferences where our consent controls are shown. Our analytics and diagnostics providers use identifiers to associate activity with a browser or session.
Outside the United States, or when we cannot determine your country, our site waits for analytics consent before starting analytics and diagnostics collection. You can change that choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. In the United States, analytics may start without an opt-in prompt. The site does not currently change its analytics behavior in response to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser. Clearing cookies may reset your preferences and require you to unlock briefing content again. Blocking cookies alone may not prevent all technical data collection.
Who processes information
Our team and service providers process information to operate the website and handle requests. These include hosting providers, email providers that deliver form submissions to us, analytics and diagnostics providers, and CookieYes for consent management. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where these providers operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and prevent abuse.
Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including handling inquiries, maintaining business records, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and those needs; form submissions can remain in our email records after the conversation ends. We use safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the address below so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required by law.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, receive a copy, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@tau9labs.com.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making changes to how we use your information.
